The exhibition looks at the works of women artists via a spectrum of realistic and abstract fine art. The works collectively reflect perspectives of high self-efficacy, internal and external loci of control through content and purpose. The art was curated to explore, and present themes related to the experiences of women’s lives.
Women are inherently in a position where the act of modulation is necessary. The lives of women are a module of experiences that take shape in their artistic practice. Each artist captures shapes, forms, influences that may culminate or reflect paths to elation, melancholy or impassiveness. This exhibition encourages the audience to interact with these modalities through the lenses and experiences of women artists from diverse walks of life.
