Join Koshin Paley Ellison, Zen teacher, author and psychotherapist, Linda Harrison, CEO & Executive Director, The Newark Museum, and a local artist as they discuss what matters most to them and living an energetic, authentic, loving life. Following the talk, Koshin will be available to sign copies of his book “Wholehearted: Slow Down, Help Out, Wake Up.”

Early Learners and their caregivers will explore our Seeing America galleries focusing and reflecting on the artists deliberate of use primary colors. Visitors will then have the opportunity to create their own piece of art in the studio!

Second Sunday Family Day - the Art of Mindfulness
A day of experiencing the present moment through mindfulness activities include making a tranquil terrarium, participate in a Zen Tea ceremony, and a Mindful-me workshop.
