Congratulations again on being selected to participate in Newark Arts Festival 2025: JOY, taking place October 6–12, 2025. We are thrilled to showcase your creativity as part of New Jersey’s largest arts festival. 

To support your participation, we’ve created an Artist Intake Orientation for you to learn all about NAF2025. 

These recorded virtual sessions will cover essential information about festival logistics, marketing tools, and participation requirements. Please note that attendance at one session is required in order to remain in the festival lineup. 

Thank you for being part of this year’s theme, JOY. Together, we are building an unforgettable week of art, culture, and community.
