From Whence We Came

This exhibition seeks to honor where and who we come from: the stories passed down and reimagined, the ways history, memory, migration, and myth inform the present, and the shared human need to seek meaning in our roots.

At a time when the current government administration is stoking division and fear, it is more important than ever to remember that were not all different. Across cultures, there are common threads that bind us like foods prepared with care, celebrations for life events, and stories carried from generation to generation. This exhibition aims to reclaim the connection, resilience, and shared humanity that are often forgotten in times of political unrest and cultural erasure.
