The Halsey Art Block Party is a vibrant celebration of creativity, culture, and community, transforming Halsey Street into an open- air gallery and playground for the imagination. With live art- making, hands-on workshops, interactive stations, and performances, with the theme “Bringing the Joy of Art to Halsey,” this event invites everyone to explore art in fresh, unexpected ways. Curated with local artists and community groups, it’s a joyful expression of Newark’s creative spirit and the power of art to bring people together.
