Inspired by last year’s sold-out Pink Ball, The Gold Ball returns as the official kickoff of Newark Arts Festival 2025: JOY, New Jersey’s largest celebration of arts and culture happening citywide from October 8th – 12th.

For one night, The Newark Museum of Art will transform into a sanctuary of JOY. Newark Arts, together with visionary designer Bailey Li and fashion artist Erika Hicks, invites you into a luminescent world where art, style, and celebration intertwine. Step into a realm of possibility, an atmosphere designed to spark excitement, honor community, and share JOY in its purest form.

From your first step inside to the final beat of the afterparty, expect joy and jubilation in a not to be missed party with a purpose.
