Mourning Into Dancing introduces the Emotional Movement Retrieval where participants will learn how to remove & release the effects of emotions from your body via movement.

Designed to initiate young children into the joys of music. 1pm: ages 0-3 with caregiver, 1:30pm ages 4-6.

Rhyan will perform and discuss songs that affirm, promote wellness & meditation. The audience will be invited to be a part and leave with knowledge on ways to include music in healing.

My Thoughts Out Loud (M.T.O.L.) is an open forum where youth (ages 10+) can share their experiences of trauma, victimization, and conflict.
