PARTICIPANT PORTAL
WHAT IS THE PARTICIPANT PORTAL?
This is how your festival events get listed on the NAF website schedule and get maximum marketing. This is a separate process and platform from Submittable. Even if you have registered for past festivals, you need to register again for NAF2024. (For your own security, we only store registration data temporarily.)
Register now and Log In to upload your festival events! The sooner you do this, the more eyes on your events.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Register a new account. Complete the form to register an account. Use an email address you check often. You will use those credentials to log into the NAF2024 Participant Portal.
- Look for the registration and activation email. If you don’t see it check your Spam folder.
- Log in on the pink Login Box in this page using your new Username and Password.
- You will then be automatically redirected to the Add/Edit Events page. You must always be logged in to access this content.
- Complete the form to add your event.
- You can log back in at any time to Edit or Delete your events.

If you set up ticket sales via the Participant Portal, you are still able to log in and review/print the data from your Orders and Attendee lists.
TEMPLATE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Click on link.
- Log in with Canva or Register for a free account.
- Choose the square with your favorite NAF color.
- Drop your photo on top of “NAF2024 ARTIST” to change it.
- Add yor name and other details.
- Download JPG & share on social!
- Make sure to tag @newarkarts and #NAF2024
