WHAT IS THE PARTICIPANT PORTAL?

This is how your festival events get listed on the NAF website schedule and get maximum marketing. This is a separate process and platform from Submittable.

*This portal is for Programmers adding their own events into the NAF calendar.

If you registered last year, you don’t need to register again, just login on the pink box. If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” to request a pasword update link.

If you are a first time Participant, register now and save your login credentials. The Participant Portal goes live August 13th, 2026.

HOW TO REGISTER

Register a new account. Complete the form to register an account. Use an email address you check often. You will use those credentials to log into the Participant Portal.
Look for the registration and activation email. If you don’t see it check your Spam folder.
Wait to be accepted to post, beginning August 13th, 2026.
Log in on the pink Login Box in this page using your new Username and Password.
You will then be automatically redirected to the Add/Edit Events page. You must always be logged in to access this content.
Complete the form to add your event.
You can log back in at any time to Edit or Delete your events.
