WHAT IS THE PARTICIPANT PORTAL?
This is how your festival events get listed on the NAF website schedule and get maximum marketing. This is a separate process and platform from Submittable. Even if you have registered for past festivals, you need to register again for NAF2025. (For your own security, we only store registration data temporarily.)
Register now and save your login credentials. The Participant Portal goes live Monday, September 8th, 2025.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Register a new account. Complete the form to register an account. Use an email address you check often. You will use those credentials to log into the Participant Portal.
- Look for the registration and activation email. If you don’t see it check your Spam folder.
- Wait to be aceepted to post, beginning Monday, September 8th, 2025.
- Log in on the pink Login Box in this page using your new Username and Password.
- You will then be automatically redirected to the Add/Edit Events page. You must always be logged in to access this content.
- Complete the form to add your event.
- You can log back in at any time to Edit or Delete your events.

SOCIAL TEMPLATE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Click on link.
- Log in with Canva or Register for a free account.
- Choose the design with your favorite NAF color.
- Drop your event photo on top of the frame to change it.
- Add yor event name and other details.
- Download JPG & share your post on social.
- Make sure to tag @newarkarts and #NAF2025
