GlassRoots is thrilled to present the Fellows 2025 Exhibition during the Newark Arts Festival, October 9 – 11th!
Join us for the opening exhibition on Thursday, October 9th from 5 – 7pm here at GlassRoots or drop in during the NAF Art Crawl on Friday, October 10th from 5-7pm. Meet the six talented Fellows – (L to R) Sean Jones, Jamesia Griffin, Liz Henderson, ShaNoah Rutledge, Orchid Sylvester and Cezar Regala – and see what they’ve been making in our studios for the past few months!
The GlassRoots | Peters Valley Fellowship is a fully-funded, 12-week immersive program designed for artists based in Newark between 18 – 26 years of age. Participants explore a diverse range of art-making techniques, including glassblowing, stained glass, blacksmithing, ceramics, printmaking, jewelry design and more.
