Hidden Voices is an exploration into the cultural impact of Latinx artists in Newark. This multi-day activation will explore the various talents that exist in this beautiful multi-cultural city. It offers a great opportunity for Latinx artists to shine and emote their perception of what Newark means to them and how it pours into their artistry. This is an unconventional discourse amongst Latinx artists examining their past and looking to the future of their artistry, cultura y comida. Our highlighted artists for this talk will be David Oquendo, Amelia Diaz, and Edith Crescenciana.
